OCA GLOBAL is seeking a **Process Supervisor** in **Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo**. **3-month project.** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the installation of electromechanical systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic). * Verify that execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards (NOM, NFPA, ASME, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards for the food and beverage sector. * Manage and monitor physical construction progress versus the established schedule. * Validate startup tests, commissioning, and functionality tests of electromechanical equipment. * Identify technical deviations and propose immediate field solutions. * Coordinate interactions among contractors, specialized engineers, and civil construction teams. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and supervision deliverables for project management. **WHAT WE VALUE:** * Expertise in medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. * Expertise in lighting and control systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree and professional license in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Five years of professional experience in logistics and production plant processes. * Knowledge of electrical system installation and testing, lighting and control systems, applicable electrical regulations, electrical installation safety, and electrical commissioning and testing. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with OCA Global Mexico **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699f153139000039007e5bca\&source\=indeed*
