Join our team as: **MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Bachelor’s degree, or related field. * Experience: 2 years in integrated management systems, with knowledge of international standards, process mapping, food safety, supply chain security, social responsibility, and problem analysis and resolution tools. * Language: **Advanced English** (conversational, writing, reading) * Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office, Intermediate ARIS, Basic webMethods, Basic Power BI **OBJECTIVE:** Provide sufficient support for compliance with requirements of the Integrated Management System through creation and updating of process maps, document control, audits, risk management, food safety and quality requirements, etc.; applying analysis, digital thinking, control, and follow-up to fulfill the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act) toward continuous improvement of the company; as well as meeting requirements of identified interested parties and C-TPAT requirements. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and/or update the process maps required by the company using Aris Architect or Aris Connect, adhering to drawing rules established by the Management Systems Department, to accurately reflect activities performed by each department of the company. * Track implementation of corrective actions arising from internal, external, and/or documented BPM audits. * Analyze internal and external nonconformities received, defining an action plan based on: PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND RESOLUTION using tools such as “Cause-and-Effect”, “5 Whys”, and “8D” with a multidisciplinary team; continuously track implementation of actions and collect evidence of their closure. * Promote digitization and/or systematization of processes by generating improvement proposals through process analysis and application of digital thinking using Aris Architect or Aris Connect, aiming to facilitate users’ daily tasks, reduce paper or Excel sheet usage, and enable real-time monitoring of specific process activities for decision-making. * Verify that documents registered in the master list are linked to process maps in ARIS, facilitating user creation, updating, or removal of such documents; maintaining a single source of reference for any document (maps, instructions, policies, forms, etc.) in compliance with document control guidelines required by the Management System, including dissemination. * Support various departments of the company in closing actions derived from internal audits by identifying findings, action plans, and commitment dates recorded in checklists, with the goal of implementing improvements identified by the audit team. * Serve as Internal Auditor after completing required training and conducting all scheduled or unscheduled (e.g., extraordinary) internal audits per the annual program or management requirements, verifying that process maps reflect users’ daily activities and that such activities comply with established requirements. * Communicate BPM walkthrough results in person and via email through weekly reports sent to department managers and supervisors. * Know and comply with guidelines established in standards under which the company is certified or undergoing certification (ISO 9001:2015 and C-TPAT). **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary: $15,000 to $20,000 Mexican pesos monthly gross. * Statutory benefits * 10% food vouchers (based on salary) * Direct employment with the company * Permanent position (not temporary) * Opportunities for growth and development
