Variety of tasks in the painting and finishing process A company dedicated to manufacturing school and office furniture is looking for talent as follows: **ELECTROSTATIC PAINTER** **Work Location:** San Pedro Atzompa, Tecámac, Méx. **Requirements:** * Must be over 18 years of age * Availability of time **Responsibilities:** * Chemical pre-treatment process: Understand initial stages of degreasing and phosphating parts prior to painting. * Powder coating application: Application booth, automatic spray guns, powder recovery equipment. * Curing oven operation: Knowledge of infrared ovens used to cure paint. * Paint line and conveyor operation: Hang parts on the paint line (hooks, racks) securely to prevent falling and ensure proper grounding for electrostatic application; unload parts and arrange them correctly for storage and protection. * Painting equipment maintenance: Routine and deep cleaning of equipment, including filter replacement in the booth according to schedule, daily and monthly cleaning of spray guns and nozzles. **Compensation:** * Weekly payments * Overtime pay * Option for permanent employment contract * Productivity bonus **Working Hours:** * Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM; Saturday, 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Night shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Relocation/Moving: * Tecámac, Méx.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting work (Desirable) Experience: * Micro-wire welding: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
