**Position:** Carpentry Area Supervisor **Immediate hiring** **\*\*\*Please maintain communication through this channel only\*\*\*** **Required Profile** * **Education:** Technical degree in Manufacturing, Carpentry, or Industrial fields * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as a supervisor in production areas, preferably in furniture or manufacturing sectors * **Technical skills:** Intermediate Excel, use of information and communication technologies, reading and interpretation of blueprints. * **Desirable knowledge:** Quality control, management of production processes, operation of woodworking saws (Table, Radial, Band), regulatory compliance, production control and KPI management. * **Soft skills:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, results orientation, regulatory compliance, and operational discipline. * **Personal values:** Respect, teamwork, punctuality, pursuit of excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the carpentry team to meet the production plan. * Optimize production by identifying and correcting bottlenecks. * Verify quality in processes and final products. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure material availability and order fulfillment. * Ensure compliance with quality, order, and cleanliness standards in the area. * Control efficient material usage and adherence to established procedures. * Lead and train personnel, fostering a positive work environment. * Maintain clear identification of manufacturing batches for accurate inventory tracking. * Supervise proper use of machinery and tools. * Document and report incidents, non-conformities, and corrective actions. * Promote continuous improvement and effective cross-departmental communication (production, quality, maintenance, warehouse). * Comply with occupational safety and health (OSH) regulations, efficient resource utilization, and proper waste handling. **We Offer** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Immediate hiring and career development plan. * Ongoing internal training. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Competitive salary (based on experience and profile). * Job stability and growth potential.
