You will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in production processes—collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to: Optimize production processes and workflows Reduce waste, rework, and downtime Improve operational metrics (safety, quality, efficiency) Foster a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor Your responsibilities: Analyze production processes directly on the shop floor (Gemba) Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, standardization) Identify root causes of operational issues Track corrective actions and measure results before and after implementation Work closely with operators and supervisors Develop practical, safe, and sustainable solutions Requirements: More than a checklist—we seek attitude, potential, and drive to grow.
