At ISA Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to join our team through SEDECO Hidalgo's "Transforming with Youth" program. **Required Profile** * Age: Up to 29 years old (an essential program requirement). * Education: Graduate in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field. A document certifying completion of studies is mandatory. * Attitude: Interest in developing expertise in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, and industrial technical documentation. * Skills: Organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * Desired Knowledge: Basic mechanical drawing interpretation, basic Excel proficiency, and familiarity with CNC processes. * Experience: Not required (professional internships or academic projects related to manufacturing or production will be positively considered). **We Offer** * Monthly Financial Support: $10,000.00 paid directly through the SEDECO program. * Specialized Training: Participation in real CNC manufacturing processes and technical documentation. * Professional Development: Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process standardization, and continuous improvement. * Competency Certification: Upon completion of the internship, you will possess verifiable experience at an ISO 9001-certified company. * Potential Employment: After the 6-month term, subject to performance and the company’s growth needs.
