***Schedule:*** *Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM*
***Experience:*** *2 years in warehouse operations, distribution, forklift handling, and inventory management.*
*\*Logistics and customer service assistant experience; prior work in the logistics department of any company.*
*Proficiency in Excel database management, route control and scheduling, and strong working knowledge of Argis or Global Maps.*
***Education:*** *Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Engineering, or related field. "****MANDATORY****"*
***Responsibilities:*** *Review reports and follow up to ensure timely deliveries to customers. Document management; completion of forms for route assignment; visual inspection of vehicles; scheduling of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; route knowledge; mileage calculation and forecasting.*
*Database administration to support understanding and automation of internal shipping and delivery processes; coordination of logistics scheduling.*
*Maintain communication with each driver regarding vehicle return. Achieve objectives and ensure staff adherence to established procedures, among other duties.*
*Competencies and/or skills: Empathy, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, goal-oriented mindset, perseverance.*
