Join our team as *PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES AND SOCIAL SERVICE COORDINATOR* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Administration, Communication, Marketing, Education, Organizational Psychology, or related field. **Skills:** * Effective oral and written communication * Negotiation and handling of objections * Planning and organization * Public relations and contact network management * Proactivity and initiative * Leadership * Results orientation * Ability to work under pressure * Teamwork skills * Adaptability **Knowledge:** * Regulatory framework for higher education and institutional linkage. * Strategic planning and project management. * Negotiation and public relations techniques. * Digital platform management. * Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office * SIAPH, SESS, 911 Format, and SEPH platform management **Responsibilities:** * Issuing and delivering introduction and completion letters for Professional Practices (PP) and Social Service (SS) * Receiving and reviewing applications and commitment letters * Receiving introduction letters for SEPH * Registering social service in SEMSYS * Preparing and delivering CASS **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in institutional linkage, public relations, or academic coordination * Experience in the education sector (desirable) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $7,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (desirable) Work location: On-site employment
