**Position Objective** Coordinate and manage the academic and administrative processes of graduate programs, ensuring their proper operation, academic quality, and continuous improvement in face-to-face, blended, and online modalities. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain up-to-date student and faculty records—from enrollment and academic progress tracking through graduation and degree conferral. * Coordinate the administrative logistics of graduate programs across all modalities (face-to-face, blended, and online). * Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, requests, and procedures from students and faculty, providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented service. * Collaborate in the administrative management of the virtual learning platform. * Identify, propose, and lead strategic projects to promote the growth and strengthening of graduate education. * Manage and coordinate the implementation of new academic and research initiatives. * Support the supervision of academic quality in programs, including assessment processes and learning outcomes. * Ensure effective implementation of academic programs in accordance with institutional guidelines. * Promote pedagogical updating and professional development of faculty, particularly in methodologies for virtual environments. **Required Profile** * Minimum **5 years of verifiable experience** in academic administrative management of graduate programs (coordination, directorship, or similar roles). * Experience in managing and supervising teaching staff. * Relevant experience in implementing and managing programs in online and/or blended modalities. * Demonstrated proficiency in using virtual learning platforms (LMS), such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard. * Familiarity with group support and individualized follow-up of students and faculty.
