A prominent company in the education sector is seeking: **Campus Coordinator – Tulancingo, Hidalgo** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (certified graduate) Minimum 2 years’ experience in coordination or prefecture roles Knowledge * Administration and management of service companies and customer service * Microsoft Office proficiency >90% * ERP-CRM (expert level) * Commercial processes * Academic management * Commercial management * Personnel management Functions/Responsibilities * Achievement of established KPI targets, including NI, RI, RA, CC, NPS, CA, and EBITDA. * Timely support to the student community, teaching staff, and general personnel. * Ensuring teacher recruitment, retention, and evaluation. * Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating teaching and administrative staff. * Representing the institution at public and academic events within the locality, as well as before public and private organizations. * Ensuring academic quality in classrooms. * Maintaining campus facilities in optimal condition. * Ensuring the commercial process (planning visits, prospecting, generating calls and appointments, daily enrollment target). * Ensuring students meet the required admission and graduation profiles. * Ensuring student terminal efficiency. * Supervising regulatory compliance. * Guaranteeing adherence to the institution’s philosophy and current regulations.
