Location: Pachuca Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce \- Sales \- Trade Marketing Type of Contract: Permanent Purpose * Ensure the achievement of business results in your zone, guaranteeing profitability, sustained growth and flawless execution of the commercial strategy. * Execute strategic and operational plans with excellence to strengthen our brand presence and market positioning. * Ensure comprehensive territory management by connecting commercial, financial, logistical and people dimensions to maximize business performance. * Develop a high-performance team that embodies the HEINEKEN culture, fostering leadership, collaboration and pride in the brand. * Drive a customer-centric approach, strengthening commercial and community relationships that consolidate our local reputation. * Contribute to business growth from a strategic perspective, acting as the general manager of your territory. Responsibilities * Achieve commercial, financial and operational objectives for the zone (volume, profitability, coverage, cash flow, UAFIR). * Implement and monitor the strategic and tactical sales plan, aligned with regional brand and channel strategies. * Develop local market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities and consumer behaviors. * Coordinate the execution of the commercial strategy, ensuring excellence at the point of sale. * Ensure efficient management of financial, logistical and human resources. * Strengthen long-term commercial relationships with key customers, authorities and the community. * Develop high-performance teams, promoting a culture of leadership, execution and brand pride. Requirements * Comprehensive leader with strategic thinking and business vision, capable of combining commercial execution with people development and efficient resource management. * Professional with passion for fast-moving consumer goods and focus on achieving sustainable results. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, area management or regional management positions. * Background in fast-moving consumer goods, retail, beverages or consumer products industries. * Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary teams, financial analysis, negotiation and commercial development. * Ability to inspire, mobilize and build a high-performance culture. * Completed bachelor's degree (MBA or postgraduate studies desirable). * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
