Job Summary: Implement and manage EHS systems globally, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a preventive culture to eliminate occupational accidents and illnesses. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the global implementation of EHS systems and legal compliance. 2. Foster a preventive culture and sustainable workplaces. 3. Manage regulations, assess risks, and lead the EHS team. Job Objective: Implement the globally defined EHS management system and tools to ensure legal compliance in occupational health and safety and environmental protection. Serve as the key reference figure to promote a preventive culture that eliminates occupational accidents and illnesses, ensuring sustainable workplaces. Key Responsibilities: - Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements in safety and environmental matters, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions. - Risk Assessment: Develop and update risk assessments for facilities and job positions, as well as environmental aspect assessments. - Training and Culture: Deliver technical EHS training and coordinate with HR on continuous training plans for all personnel. - Operational Control: Supervise plant inspections, hygiene measurements, chemical control, and coordination of activities with external personnel. - Audits and Liaison: Act as the official representative during occupational health and safety and environmental audits, as well as for official authority requirements. - Team Leadership: Develop and motivate the team under supervision, promoting continuous improvement and achievement of sustainability and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).-Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Age: 20 years or older Knowledge: Personnel management, Occupational risk prevention, Management systems Driver's License: Class A Willingness to Travel: Yes Willingness to Relocate: Yes Keywords: region, jurisdiction, locality, leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent
