




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for on-site and remote technical support, responsible for device configuration, maintenance, repair, as well as security management and infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Remote and on-site technical support experience 2. Proficiency in configuring Microsoft 365 devices and applications 3. Infrastructure and cybersecurity project development **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Technical Diploma in Systems or Computer Science **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-Site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling **Knowledge Requirements:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling knowledge · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 – $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician degree (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
