Requires organizational and tracking skills MATERIALS AND FLEET RESOURCES SUPERVISOR Department Administration / Operations / Materials Resources Reports To General Management / Manager Job Objective Ensure full control, tracking, auditing, and proper administration of company vehicles, tools, and assets, ensuring all items remain operational, fully documented, and at 100% availability, while preventing losses, theft, and improper practices. Key Functions and Responsibilities \* Full control of the vehicle fleet. \* Daily physical and mechanical condition inspections. \* Real-time tracking. \* Control of circulation permits, insurance policies, license plates, and registration fees. \* Up-to-date maintenance logs. \* Maintenance scheduling. \* Assignment control with accountability documents. \* Inventory of tools and assets. \* Periodic and unannounced audits. \* Weekly and monthly reporting. Job KPIs \* 98–100% fleet operational rate. \* 100% valid documentation. \* Zero tools without assigned responsibility. \* Audits conducted. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fleet control or materials resources management. Skills: \* Organization. \* Tracking. \* Integrity. \* Strong character. Salary and Bonus Structure Base salary: $12,000 net per month. Monthly bonuses: \* $1,500 for 100% vehicle fleet compliance (operational vehicles, valid documentation, maintenance logs, and controls). \* $1,500 for 100% tools and assets compliance (inventories, controls, and audits).
