WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! ### **Program Manager** * **Location: CDMX, San Pedro de los Pinos.** * **Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM.** **Knowledge and Skills:** * 8–12 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management. * Strategic direction of programs aligned with business objectives. * Mandatory experience in insurance (Types of Insurance: Life Insurance, GMM (Major Medical Expenses), Property & Casualty, Auto, Civil Liability, etc). * Experience managing interdependent projects. * Proficiency in frameworks: PMBOK, MSP, Agile, SAFe. * Valid PMP certification required. * Application of predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. * Comprehensive, preventive-oriented management of risks, dependencies, and resources. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and influence without authority. * Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making (KPIs). * Executive communication with stakeholders and senior management. * Experience in organizational change management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage the capacity of the unit (10–11 Project Managers). * Monitor portfolio execution and health (schedule, cost, quality). * Manage cross-project dependencies and risks. * Timely administration and escalation of critical issues. * Ensure compliance with quality standards. * Implement corrective actions and contingency plans. * Generate executive reports and track portfolio KPIs. * Opportunity exclusively for individuals residing in CDMX. **We Offer:** * Career development plan. * 100% payroll scheme. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Training and certifications. * Agreements with various companies.
