Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Planner who defines the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that every unit we produce has structured information, materials, and processes in place before entering production. You will be responsible for ensuring that each unit we manufacture has: * Accurate information * Defined materials * Structured processes before entering production. **What this role is NOT** * Not an administrative position * Not direct supervision of operators **Job Objective** Ensure that 100% of production orders are correctly defined in the ERP system, with complete bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and technical documentation—preventing errors, rework, and floor-level delays. **Job Objective** * Guarantee BOM accuracy and completeness prior to release to production (zero material errors) * Structure and validate production orders in the ERP (Odoo) * Define and maintain manufacturing routings and processes * Generate and ensure correct technical documentation (drawings, instructions) * Translate engineering designs into clear production-ready information * Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure continuous flow * Identify and correct errors before they impact the assembly floor * Optimize cycle times and product structures **Candidate Profile** * Highly structured and analytical profile * Obsession with technical detail * Logical thinking and problem-solving ability * Ability to work independently with complex data * Execution-focused with commitment to continuous improvement **Technical Requirements** * Industrial, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field) * Experience in: * Manufacturing ERP systems (Odoo highly preferred) * Bills of Materials (BOM) * Production planning * Inventory control * Interpretation of technical drawings * Basic knowledge of 3D CAD (SolidWorks or similar) **We Offer** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development in engineering and planning. * Job stability and bonuses. **Apply directly here:** https://tinyurl.com/ingeniero\-newline **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
