***MILKING PARLOR MAINTENANCE LEADER*** **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the proper operation and cleanliness of milking parlor equipment and tanks through timely maintenance and adequate cleaning, preventing delays in shifts and guaranteeing process quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Review milking equipment indicators using the daily checklist (vacuum, chillers, compressors, boilers, CCM, pasteurizer, guardian, tanks, gland, pulsators, herder, platform). **MAINTENANCE:** * Perform maintenance on platform equipment. * Track purchase requisitions and quotations for spare parts, materials, and service needs. * Supervise that the tank room and machine room remain clean and organized. * Maintain the service schedule accurately and on time. * Keep an orderly and controlled record log for the milking parlor. * Supervise external maintenance providers. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** **LEADERSHIP:** To coordinate the team, make quick decisions, and ensure efficient task completion. **WORK UNDER PRESSURE:** Enables fast and precise response to failures that could affect production. **PROACTIVITY:** Helps prevent problems by anticipating needs through inspections and timely material preparation.
