Join the Vinte team as: SUBCONTRACT MANAGER Position Objective: This role contributes to Vinte's successful positioning by overseeing operations related to construction contracts. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Knowledge in submitting SIROC registration notices, including start, completion, bi-monthly reports, and updates * Control of contractor onboarding documentation, REPSE compliance, and monthly compliance with fiscal and social security obligations * Knowledge in preparing quarterly ICSOE and SISUB information reports * Knowledge in preparing IMSS certification forms regarding specialized construction subcontracting under REPSE * Knowledge of invoicing and fiscal requirements for receipts (CFDIs), electronic accounting * Knowledge of tax incentives for partial construction services and labor cost percentages according to IMSS regulations REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 3 to 4 years of relevant experience * Knowledge of electronic accounting, subcontracting, and specialized services * Position competencies: Analysis, Results orientation, Communication, Decision making, Problem solving WE OFFER: * Competitive salary + Attractive benefits package * Opportunities for professional development * Job stability * Work location: Tecámac, State of Mexico If you believe you meet all the necessary qualifications, apply now.
