Incident response and escalation of protocols ***GPS Monitoring Operator*** **Job Objective:** To supervise accurate vehicle tracking, material transportation, and transit of assets, ensuring adherence to established routes and timely activation of emergency protocols in case of deviations or accidents. Key Responsibilities: \* Real-time satellite tracking of vehicles via GPS platforms. \* Verification of route compliance, authorized stops, and transit times. \* Alert management (panic button, door opening, route deviations). \* Continuous communication with drivers and carriers during transit. \* Incident response and escalation of protocols upon suspicion of theft or road incidents. Requirements: Education: Completed high school (certificate mandatory). **Experience**: 1 year of experience with GPS tracking platforms and geofencing. \* Ability to make decisions under pressure and excellent verbal communication skills. \* Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **We Offer**: **Salary**: $15,000 per month. Statutory benefits from day one. **Schedule**: 2x2x2 shift pattern (2 morning shifts, 2 night shifts, 2 days off), 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00 hrs. **Location**: Pte. 2, Parque Industrial Tepeji, Hgo.
