




**Project Coordinator / Project Manager** with PMO management experience, capable of overseeing and standardizing the execution of all company projects. Responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, meeting scope, time, cost, and quality objectives, optimizing resources, applying best practices, and providing key information for senior management's strategic decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Oversee and prioritize all organizational projects according to strategic objectives and resource availability. * Assess risks, dependencies, and opportunities of each project for corporate decision-making. * Monitor KPIs and performance metrics at the project portfolio level. * Define, implement, and update project management policies, methodologies, and standards. * Ensure all teams comply with established processes and projects. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. * Train and advise Project Coordinators and teams on methodologies, tools, and best practices. * Document lessons learned and promote continuous improvement. * Prepare consolidated reports for senior management and stakeholders. * Maintain constant communication with internal and external clients regarding project and program status. * Implement and maintain project management tools and corporate dashboards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Telecommunications, Networks, IT, or related field. * Experience in project coordination and PMO management (2 to 5 years desirable). * Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, PMI methodologies. * Certification: PMP; complementary certifications such as Scrum Master or ITIL are desirable. * Proficiency with tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel. * Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and optimize resources. * Orientation towards governance, standardization, continuous improvement, and strategic reporting. * Willingness to travel occasionally. * Candidates must demonstrate practical experience in implementing methodologies, project governance, KPI tracking, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment of all projects with the organization’s strategic objectives.
