Salary: $35,000 monthly ✅ Statutory benefits Location: Tepeji del Río Responsibilities: * Supervise EV unit maintenance and operations * Coordinate technicians and workshop scheduling * Monitor batteries, charging, and telematics * Track KPIs, productivity, and operating times * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience with heavy-duty trucks * Experience in leadership/management roles * Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems * Proficiency in fleet management and telematics software * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ideal for candidates with experience in operations, maintenance, and technical team management.
