Due to expansion in Mineral de la Reforma, we are seeking: MACHINING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the electromechanical team and managing all aspects of maintenance operations, including on-floor machinery repair, as well as implementing the planned maintenance program, ensuring equipment availability and efficiency. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Train and supervise the technical team of the machining maintenance department. * Ensure the efficiency of planned maintenance execution. * Identify and address maintenance issues arising during their shift. * Prepare activity reports and track PM, CM, and TPM activities. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient resource utilization. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering required; may be substituted with verifiable, substantial work experience in CNC. * Understanding of all facets of maintenance, including root cause analysis methodologies. * Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams, and technical drawings. * Knowledge of safety standards. * Preferred knowledge of control and programming systems: FANUC and SIEMENS.
