Position Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of customs operations, ensuring legal compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through coordination of the operational team. Provides advisory services in foreign trade and logistics Location: AIFA, State of Mexico Work Mode: On-site **Position Objective** Responsible for the comprehensive management of import and export customs operations at AIFA, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, KPI achievement, and customer satisfaction through proper coordination of the operational team. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily import and export operations within the AIFA customs office. * Ensure compliance with the Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate the operational team and departments involved in the customs process. * Guarantee adherence to cargo release timelines and service level agreements (SLAs). * Supervise tariff classification, physical and documentary pre-clearance inspections, and control of regulated goods. * Monitor operational indicators (KPIs) and propose process improvements. * Manage operational incidents with customers and authorities. * Prepare operational reports for management and customers. * Provide foreign trade and logistics advisory services to strategic customers. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience in customs operations with personnel under supervision**. * Experience in **customs entry preparation and validation**. * Knowledge of **non-tariff regulations and restrictions**. * Experience in **airport operations** (preferably at AIFA). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Office tools. * Intermediate English (ability to converse with customers). * Leadership, information analysis, and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Salary of **$25,000 to $30,000 net monthly** (based on experience). * Mixed payment scheme (50% IMSS / 50% independent). * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits: * Punctuality bonus (8% of salary) * Death insurance **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 hrs (with availability as required by operations). **Workplace** Inside the **AIFA** customs office.
