




Tier 2 automotive company requires a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/Logistics or related field to join its workforce with the following profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation, Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, or related fields. * Age: 22 to 30 years old * Experience (preferably in customer service and support) * Gender: Indifferent * Language: Advanced English (able to read, draft documents, and hold conversations in English) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of logistics planning and sales forecast management. Required knowledge and responsibilities: Receive customer requirements through portals, email, or EDI connection to fulfill delivery needs. Generate delivery plans and shipping reports to communicate upcoming customer requirements based on information received via portals, email, or EDI connections. Manage direct communication with customers, ensuring fulfillment of their needs via telephone, email, or in-person meetings when necessary. Generate confirmation orders and send final invoices to customers, along with creating ASN (Advanced Shipping Notices) for specific customers through their portals and email to notify them of shipments according to their requirements.
