




REQUIRED PROFILE: · Age 25 years and older. · Gender: Unspecified. · Academic Level: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. · Required Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year. · Availability of time. · Must reside near the work area (Progreso de Obregón and surrounding areas). · Knowledge of the Human Resources department and personnel administration. FUNCTIONS: · Payroll preparation; use of Aspel NOI system. · Registration, cancellation, and salary modifications with IMSS; use of SUA and IDSE systems. · Calculation of Monthly Payment Issuances for IMSS and INFONAVIT (EMA and EBA) in SUA and IDSE. · Determination of Work Risk Premium with IMSS. · Processing at the IMSS Sub-delegation. · Calculation of Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) and Profit Sharing (PTU) payments. · Completion of Work Risk Forms (ST7) and management of IMSS disability records.
