REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the RETAIL channel. Sales experience. Team leadership. Personnel management. Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) — Food. FUNCTIONS: \- Union liaison \- Ensure Hand-Held devices and printers are properly connected and communicating. \- Conduct a weekly meeting with pre-sales staff to provide feedback: objective achievement per group and route, continuity with PAM, and reinforcement of the group’s sales strategy. \- Deliver requested POP materials to pre-sales staff. \- Perform daily visual inspection of vehicle conditions. \- Ensure all pre-sales staff depart to cover their assigned routes according to the established schedule. \- Extract the daily Visit List reference from their work folder to plan field visits. \- Authorize Grocery Sales Drivers for courtesies, promotions (tickets), and route expenses. \- Provide feedback to pre-sales staff regarding observations made during their field visits and establish specific action plans. \- Verify that all Hand-Held devices are correctly connected and communicating to prevent delays in next-day departures. \- Conduct brief interviews with candidates interested in sales roles to assess competencies.
