Main Responsibilities Attend to customers and users at the counter and mobile cash desk quickly, courteously, and error-free. * Perform all transactions honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and the company’s values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and adhere to bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. Candidate Profile One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Honesty in performing duties.
