We are looking for a **Rejection Assistant**. **What We Look For In You:** Completed high school or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, incomplete or completed, is preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Logistics, Shipping, or Distribution. Basic Excel skills. Experience in incident tracking and information control. High level of organization and attention to detail. **Your Responsibilities:** Administer and follow up on rejections reported by various departments. Manage the corrective and preventive action process for incidents. Update databases and monitor rejection status. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve incidents. Schedule picking and shipping of transfer vouchers. Coordinate deliveries and collection of subcontracted goods. Administer CHEP pallets (documentation and scheduling). **Required Competencies:** Organization. Tracking and control. Effective communication. Teamwork.
