




Position Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in food preparation and service, responsible for following diets, using supplies rationally, and preparing food in accordance with hygiene standards. Adherence to nutritional guidelines and hygiene standards **POLANCO HOSPITAL PACHUCA** **SEEKING KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in food preparation (Minimum of 6 months) * Experience in cafeteria service (HOSPITAL SETTING PREFERRED), minimum 6 months * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Follow dietary instructions provided by Nutrition. * Care for and use supplies and raw materials rationally for food preparation. * Supervise the quality and characteristics of raw materials used, in accordance with established standards. * Prepare food following hygiene standards and standard recipes, meeting all production requirements for rotating menus and à la carte items, with support from the kitchen assistant. * Set up and verify kitchen service stations at scheduled times. * Prepare cold and hot bar foods. **WE OFFER** * 12-hour work schedule from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with 36 hours of rest * Base net salary of $9,400\.00 per month * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms * Direct employment with the company Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $9,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
