Our main pillar is based on the philosophy "People First", to provide comprehensive and unique experiences that combine each member's personal life moments and career stages. *Join our Work Team!* #### **Experience in:** * 2 to 3 years of experience in human resources control and management, recruitment processes, selection and personnel administration, preferably in mass consumption companies/CEDIS. * Handling and interpretation of area performance indicators (KPIs) and preparation of control reports. * Payroll management, incidents, contracts, and general personnel administration. * Direct personnel management. #### **Technical knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency and human resources information systems (HRIS), SAP or other payroll ERP systems. * Solid knowledge of recruitment, selection, training, personnel administration, and labor relations processes. * Ability to coordinate activities, analyze trends, and propose improvements in human resources processes. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and current labor regulations. #### **Activities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and induction processes for operational and administrative areas. * Manage and control personnel administrative processes: hires, terminations, incidents, payroll movements, and file control. * Develop and monitor key area indicators, generating executive reports for decision-making and continuous improvement. * Coordinate talent training and development, as well as organizational climate and employee well-being initiatives. * Address personnel service requirements and provide support on labor relations topics (union) and regulatory compliance. ##### **Competencies:** * Customer Orientation * Organization and Execution * Effective Relationships ###### **Education:** Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Economic\-Administrative fields, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related areas. ###### **Our value proposition** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding legal requirements.* *Opportunities for development and professional growth within the company.
