Hygienic handling of utensils and food HOSPITAL POLANCO PACHUCA IS SEEKING: COOK Education: Technical Degree in Food and Beverages or related field, with diploma and professional license Experience: At least 1 year of verifiable experience in kitchen operations within a hospital, restaurant, or hotel Schedule Availability: Flexible for rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities: Plan menus to deliver high-quality food service to all hospital patients. Prepare food for patients and staff. Provide food service compliant with current regulatory standards to maintain hygienic handling of utensils and food. Support the Nutrition Department as required.
