Job Description: Coach Job Objective: Provide personalized and group physical training, promoting healthy habits and an active lifestyle among clients, ensuring a positive and motivating experience within the gym. Main Responsibilities: Design and implement workout routines tailored to each user's goals and physical condition. Supervise the proper use of equipment and facilities. Track client progress and adjust their exercise programs accordingly. Promote physical wellness culture, balanced nutrition, and consistency in training. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and motivating attitude toward all users. Comply with the gym's established safety and hygiene protocols. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and the gym. Requirements: Previous experience in physical training, conditioning, or fitness-related fields. Knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and training techniques. Certification in functional training, weight training, or similar (SEP certification preferred or related). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Availability to work rotating shifts.
