Customer Service * Answer incoming or outgoing customer calls regarding questions, issues, or procedures related to: * Mobile or landline phone plans. * Billing and payments. * Device configuration. * Number portability, SIM card changes, or technical issues. * Provide quick, clear, and effective solutions, always maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. * Record each transaction in the system.
