Verify and analyze each client's file to submit for processing to the lending institution. 2. Manage and follow up on visits from the Valuation Unit. 3. Monitor the status of files with the lending institution to obtain mortgage loan approval. 4. Review final loan conditions to schedule the deed signing appointment with the notary and client. 5.
