We’re looking for a **Solution Consultant** to lead and scale our technical sales efforts in the Japanese market for **Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF)** – a fast\-growing cybersecurity SaaS business within WithSecure™. This role will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales teams, working across both pre\-sales and post\-sales activities to deliver value to prospects and customers. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling them to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions. **What you’ll do** * Partner with the sales team as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle. * Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs. * Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements. * Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit. * Build trust with stakeholders by clearly articulating technical capabilities and business value. * Oversee technical onboarding and solution implementation for new customers. * Serve as a trusted advisor through ongoing **technical business reviews**, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams. * Drive customer success by ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long\-term value realization. **What are we looking for?** * **Experience:** 5\+ years in a customer\-facing technical role (e.g., solution consulting, pre\-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or similar). * **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments (e.g., networking, cloud platforms, security solutions, APIs).
