Teamwork and responsibility Job Objective Support operational and construction activities on site, assisting with loading, cleaning, material preparation, and support to technical and operational staff, ensuring efficient and safe execution of project activities. Functions and Responsibilities Assist in general construction and civil works. Perform loading, unloading, organizing, and transportation of materials and tools. Maintain the construction site and assigned areas clean and orderly. Use tools and equipment provided by the company correctly. Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in additional activities related to project execution. Job Profile Education Completed primary or secondary education. Experience Minimum 6 months of experience in construction or civil works is desirable. Knowledge Basic use of hand tools and construction equipment. Handling and transportation of materials. Skills Teamwork. Responsibility and discipline. Physical endurance. Service-oriented attitude. Ability to follow instructions. Requirements Flexible working hours. Capacity to perform physical labor.
