Grupo Sadasi, a nationally leading company in the real estate and construction sector, is currently seeking committed talent focused on results to join our team in Cd. Sahagún – Palmillas as: Construction Control Analyst Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: 1. Recording and reviewing concrete delivery notes and union memos. 2. Tracking and reconciling concrete progress reports. 3. Reconciling invoices for billing purposes. 4. Preparing weekly and monthly construction reports. 5. Managing and archiving documentation from the Construction Management Department. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. 2. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access. 3. Knowledge of the Enkontrol system, concrete plants, and concrete progress tracking. 4. Strong organizational, analytical, and information-tracking skills.
