Join the Vinte team as: Building Manager Position Objective: Execute building construction based on an executive project for the urban development Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and prepare work orders for the construction of the urban development project. 2. Prepare procurement requests, cost estimates, work orders, and material consumption vouchers. 3. Monitor material purchases and control related requests with the involved department. 4. Deliver completed works and services to the After-Sales department. 5. Support logistics for visits and inspections by financial institutions. 6. Ensure compliance on-site with civil protection, safety, hygiene regulations, and all requirements stipulated by authorities. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Civil Engineering degree. Experience: 1 year in a related position. Responsibilities require a professional with planning and organizational skills, assertive communication, and collaborative teamwork.
