**Human Resources Manager**
A company in the hospitality, commercial, and services sector is seeking to integrate a Human Resources Manager with experience in managing operational and administrative personnel, focused on leadership, labor relations, and organizational development.
The position will be responsible for coordinating HR strategy and operations across various business units, including hotel, restaurant, maintenance, security, surveillance, cleaning, administration, and group companies.
**Required Profile**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Demonstrable experience managing operational staff.
* Solid knowledge of:
* Federal Labor Law
* IMSS and INFONAVIT
* Labor relations
* Recruitment and selection
* Payroll and payroll incidents
* Training and development
* HR performance indicators.
* Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems.
* Key responsibilities
* Oversee comprehensive personnel administration.
* Ensure compliance with legal and labor regulations.
* Coordinate recruitment and retention processes.
* Manage labor relations and address conflicts.
* Supervise payroll incidents and payroll processing.
* Implement training and organizational climate strategies.
* Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and performance indicators.
