Respecting guest privacy and safeguarding guest belongings Job Description: **Job Objective:** Provide high-quality room cleaning services in the hotel, ensuring all facilities and areas remain clean, organized, and comfortable to guarantee an enjoyable guest experience. **Responsibilities:** **1\. Room Cleaning** Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance of rooms, including beds, floors, furniture, windows, bathrooms, and other areas within the room. **2\. Linen and Towel Replacement** Replace and verify that bed linens, towels, and other textiles are clean, in good condition, and placed according to hotel standards and protocols. **3\. Restocking Amenities** Inspect and replenish guest-use items such as toiletries, toilet paper, glasses, mugs, and other necessary supplies. **4\. Facility Inspection** Verify that room equipment and services (lights, air conditioning, television, appliances, and furniture) function properly, reporting any anomalies to the supervisor. **5\. Use of Cleaning Equipment and Supplies** Use cleaning products and tools correctly, taking care to protect surfaces, furniture, and materials from damage. **6\. Respect for Guest Privacy** Follow hotel procedures for room access, respecting guest privacy and comfort at all times. **7\. Communication with Team** Report incidents, special guest requests, or issues identified during cleaning to the supervisor or front desk. **8\. Handling of Guest Belongings** Handle guest belongings responsibly and respectfully, avoiding damage or loss.
