MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet and bid farewell to guests courteously. * Assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. * Escort guests to their rooms and briefly explain the facilities. * Provide support for special requests during their stay. * Perform patrols and logistical support for events or activities. * Maintain the entrance, lobby, and luggage area in order and clean.
