**Desired Profile:** * Over 25 years of age * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemical Engineering * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Supervisor in a production plant * Knowledge of manufacturing process and quality control for grinding and ceramic adhesives **Knowledge:** * Chemical formulations * Laboratory instruments and equipment for construction materials * Physical and chemical properties of raw materials * Knowledge of manufacturing process and quality control for grinding and ceramic adhesives **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze physical properties of raw materials * Supervise that raw material (stone) meets weight requirements * Evaluate raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards * Supervise and ensure production processes comply with quality requirements * Perform product analyses such as particle size distribution and specific gravity * Generate physical samples and provide product guidance to the Sales Department * Provide technical support to customers and at job sites, including handling any type of product complaints * Prepare chemical batches for all branded products * Develop new products * Prepare quality reports **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment Job Type: Permanent position Salary: $11,000.00 - $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site
