Professional development in logistics and communication A Tier 2 automotive company requires a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field to join its team with the following profile: * Education: Administration, Finance, or related disciplines. * Age: 22 to 30 years old * Experience (preferably in procurement) * Gender: Unrestricted * Language: Advanced English (able to read, draft documents, and hold conversations in English) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Knowledge of logistics planning and sales forecast management. Required Knowledge and Responsibilities: Receive customer requirements via portals, email, or EDI connection to fulfill delivery needs. Generate delivery plans and shipping reports to communicate upcoming customer requirements based on information issued through portals, email, or EDI connections. Manage direct communication with customers to guarantee fulfillment of their needs via telephone, email, or in-person meetings as necessary. Generate confirmation orders and send final invoices to customers, attaching specific ASN creation for customers via their portals and email to notify them of shipments according to their requirements.
