




Job Summary: The Purchasing Assistant will manage, control, and optimize the timely procurement of goods and services, supervising the purchasing process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure collaboration with the best suppliers We are Ohlala!, a restaurant, café, and bakery chain with 11 locations in Guadalajara, Zapopan, and Tlajomulco, plus a production facility where we manufacture all our bread and desserts—also distributed to wholesale clients in addition to our own locations. Position: **Purchasing Assistant** * °Gross salary: $18,000 monthly + $400 attendance bonus * °Weekly payment * °Statutory and above-statutory benefits * °4% food vouchers * °3% savings fund * °Life insurance * °Brand discounts * °Uniforms * °Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. * °Additional rest days starting after 90 days **Requirements:** * °Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field. * °Knowledge of procurement and supplier management systems; ERP ORACLE knowledge (desirable); intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and charts); report and KPI creation and management. * °Minimum 1 year of prior experience in procurement. * °Easy access to Mariano Otero and Periférico avenues. **Job Objective:** * °Manage, control, optimize, and guarantee the timely procurement of goods and services. * °Supervise that the purchasing process is carried out on time and as required by all involved parties, ensuring timely supply for operations. * °Ensure collaboration with the best available suppliers and develop necessary ones for group operations.
