We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for supporting purchase management, ensuring we have the right products to meet our customers' needs. Your job involves collaborating with suppliers, conducting market analysis, and contributing to inventory planning. As a Purchasing Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist in identifying purchasing opportunities by comparing product prices and qualities. You must maintain detailed records of orders and ensure products arrive in optimal condition. Travel to the Central de Abastos for inspection of fruits and vegetables, as well as loading and unloading of goods. A proactive attitude and meticulous approach are required for this position. Previous experience in procurement or a similar environment is a plus, although not essential. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a service-oriented mindset.
