




Position Summary: An IT professional responsible for providing technical support, performing maintenance, diagnosing issues, managing systems and equipment, training users, and implementing solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Remote and on-site technical support for business units 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware, software, and networks 3. Ticket management, license management, IT inventory management, and IT service continuity **Education** Bachelor's Degree / Engineer in Computer Systems or related field. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to business units (remote and on-site). * Perform preventive and corrective IT maintenance (hardware, software, telecommunications, and infrastructure). * Accurately diagnose, resolve, and document IT-related issues (hardware, software, telecommunications, and infrastructure). * Manage the technical support ticketing system. * Install and update operating systems and software. * Train users on IT tools within the organization. * Ensure continuity of telecommunications services (including vendor coordination). * Maintain continuity of CCTV services. * Manage software usage licenses. * Conduct IT asset inventory collection and updates. * Request assets/spare parts for equipment replacement and manage their lifecycle. * Manage IT applications. * Prepare monthly reports on the physical condition of equipment and system functionality. * Participate in the implementation of corporate IT solutions. * Perform backups of application and user data. **Experience** * 1 year in a similar position * Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Server and Standard) * Installation of structured cabling and networks (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN) * Preparation of reports and documentation. * Maintenance of IT assets. **Requirements** * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license is mandatory.
