We seek a responsible and disciplined individual to operate our transportation units, with **extensive experience and expertise in driving in Mexico City, State of Mexico, and surrounding areas**. Your mission will be to ensure the timely transport of screws, raw materials, and supplies, guaranteeing that each delivery arrives on time and in full compliance with the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities * **Strategic Transportation:** Operate assigned vehicles on local (CDMX/State of Mexico) and long-distance routes as per logistics planning. * **Safety and Compliance:** Strictly adhere to local traffic regulations, cargo restrictions, and internal company procedures. * **Vehicle Care:** Maintain the vehicle in optimal operating and clean condition, performing basic mechanical inspections before each departure. * **Documentation Control:** Verify and safeguard cargo and delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, and waybills). * **Cargo Handling:** Assist with loading and unloading operations when required. * **Incident Reporting:** Maintain up-to-date trip logs and immediately report any mechanical or logistical anomalies. Profile Requirements * **Urban Driving Experience:** **In-depth knowledge of routes, roadways, and traffic regulations in Mexico City and State of Mexico is mandatory** (ability to maneuver in high-traffic zones and narrow streets). * **Heavy Vehicle Operation:** Extensive experience operating heavy vehicles and thorough understanding of current traffic regulations. * **Documentation:** Valid driver's license. * **Skills:** Attention to detail for logbook entries; responsibility and discipline regarding work schedules. * **Values:** Honesty, professional ethics, and strong commitment to risk prevention. Performance Indicators (KPIs) * **Punctuality:** Percentage of deliveries completed on time and in full. * **Safety:** Minimal record of reported incidents or accidents. * **Maintenance:** Strict adherence to the vehicle’s preventive maintenance schedule. * **Efficiency:** Optimal fuel consumption control per kilometer traveled. We Offer * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. * **Stability:** Integration into a company with a robust management system that values operator expertise and safety.
