Ensure sales satisfaction and follow up on incidents **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop and close telephone sales, providing advisory services for customer, consumer, and colleague inquiries. 1\.\- Generate orders via telephone using the Salesforce platform. 2\.\- Verify product availability and stock for sales. 3\.\- Offer current promotions. 4\.\- Perform routine operations with delivery routes. 5\.\- Prospect new customers to expand the database. 6\.\- Ensure sales satisfaction among customers, consumers, colleagues, and the general community. 7\.\- Effectively follow up on reported service and quality incidents. 8\.\- Provide assistance to RICA colleagues to improve customer response times. 9\.\- Generate and communicate Salesforce performance results. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in sales and/or telemarketing. * Partially completed or completed bachelor's degree **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
