Project development and follow-up from feasibility assessment through post-sales support. **Tender Analyst and Project Development Specialist (Client-Facing)** **Department:** Business Development **Job Objective:** Plan and coordinate public tender processes and institutional projects, ensuring technical, financial, and regulatory viability—from client analysis through post-sales follow-up. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical, budgetary, and regulatory analysis of clients. * Preparation of feasibility studies (technical, financial, and operational). * Market research and supplier evaluation. * Compilation of tender documents and technical annexes. * Executive presentation and handling clarification requests. * Post-award follow-up and administrative project closure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics and Administration, or Engineering. * Public procurement experience or specialization is desirable. * 3+ years of verifiable experience in public tender processes. * Experience preparing technical and financial proposals. * Experience working with public agencies. * Proficiency with state-level platforms and portals. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop comparative matrices. * Client attention and follow-up capabilities. * Post-sales follow-up experience. * Regulatory interpretation expertise in procurement. **Key Competencies:** Financial analysis, strategic planning, negotiation, technical writing, and performance under pressure. **Working Conditions:** * 100% on-site work. * Salary commensurate with experience. * Competency assessments will be conducted. * Must reside near the downtown area of Pachuca. * **Interested candidates must submit an updated CV; applicants who do not meet the profile will not be considered—experience is mandatory.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
