Strong problem-solving skills and strong sense of urgency **Salary:** $18,000 MXN net per month \+ statutory benefits **Location:** On-site employment **MUST-HAVE:** Must reside in Tulum **About the Company** We are a company dedicated to operating and renting vacation villas, focused on delivering high-quality experiences for both guests and property owners. **Job Objective** To respond to and resolve operational incidents during the evening shift, ensuring properties remain in optimal condition and ready for operation. **Candidate Profile** * Experience in residential, vacation villa, or hospitality maintenance. * 100% operational profile (not a supervisory position). * Problem-solver, autonomous, and with a strong sense of urgency. * Ability to diagnose and perform tasks without direct supervision. **This position covers the evening shift, focused on incident response.** **Mandatory (must know and execute across all areas)** * Plumbing * Electrical systems * Air conditioning (installation and maintenance) * Painting and finishing * Drywall * Pump systems * Basic landscaping * Pool maintenance * Waterproofing * Chukum application **Responsibilities** * Respond to operational incidents at villas during the shift (leaks, electrical failures, A/C issues, damages, etc.). * Diagnose problems and implement immediate solutions. * Ensure properties remain in optimal condition for guests. * Perform general maintenance repairs. * Follow up on pending items identified during the shift. * Report relevant incidents and completed work. * Assist with property preparation when required. **Experience** * 2–4 years in general maintenance (residential, villas, or hospitality). * Demonstrable experience performing work across multiple disciplines. * Accustomed to fieldwork and incident resolution. **Skills** * Strong problem-solving ability * Sense of urgency * Autonomy * Responsibility * Basic organizational skills * Clear communication Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
